Actually its known that radio stations that are purposely setup to air anti
government stuff are shut down (Free Radio Berkley), but stations that are
for personal enjoyment like the 'Tommy Dorsey (sp?) Fan Station' are left
open because their 15watt community in rural Texas likes them.

The FCC knows fully well about both stations, but hates FRBs guts...
Wonder why?

I think you should reevaluate that looser in Alaska statement.  Research
your claims.  The FCC isn't out after everyone.
