The TI-92 has plenty of space, and I think it should be worried about
last. The TI-82 and 85 can have one case, and the TI-83, and 86 can
share a case. Start with those. If done properly, you can have a generic
rear panel and a front panel, one to fit the TI-83/86, and the other for
the TI-82/85. You can skip silkscreening by mounting the original front
half of the calc onto a large hole in the front mold, and then screw the
back mold onto the original front panel. two larger screws on the top
side of the back panel, or tabs, and you have a great case. Look at my
post "GREAT looking case!!!" I drew it there. The reason two front molds
are needed is the 82/85 have a flat squarish case, and the 83/86 have
the rounded case. I can even draw up extremely detailed drawings and
send them to anyone who want's to examine them.

do the 92 last, since it's already too big to fit into a pocket! It has
quite a bit of space!

The 80 and 81 don't need one since they can't realy be upgraded with
anything decent.
