Sure!  The plans and info are at http://www.flash.net/~bryanr/eii/.  That's
Bryan's site, not mine.

However, Brian doesn't sell the expanders, only the AVR controller chips.
And I sell the memory chips.

If you want to buy a pre-built expander, I'll sell one to you (as will all
of the other subcontractors listed on Bryan's page). :)
