I HAVE THE SOLUTION!!! Peltier junctions! They run on as little as 3v DC 
and at higher voltaves will produce a difference of 68 degrees C. Two 
stacked would create an even greater temp difference and can be run on 
6v each, in paralel. You'll need a lot of power, and you HAVE to install 
a heat sink to keep it from burning up. You'd need to cut a hole in the 
case to expose the heatsink and you'll need something to protect the 
cable that connects the screen.
