TI-H: Programming flash controllers

I was just sitting around and thinking that the 32k in the calc's was
more than enough to store the hex dumps for programmable
microcontrollers. (Those with serial interfaces.)

With one of the smaller AVR chips (like the 1200), it should be possible
to make an interface so that you can store the programs for
microcontrollers on the calculator, and then use them to program any
serial interface flash/eeprom controller.

I'm sure this could be done, but I was just wondering if anybody would
have any use for it (besides me).
