uno.  he wasn't spefic.

C is portable, therefore Windows is emulated.  That isn't true.  Just
because its portable doesn't mean its dmulated...

The first thing that guy said was 'I'm running win95' and 'java' blah blah
blah 'no emulators or anything.'.  I've ran java under an emulator and it
works fine.
