Yes.  WinAMP will run on a 386 with 95.  But his definition of 'run' was a
little more than 2 second sound samples every 50 seconds.

(For fun I've tried to run winamp ona 20MHz 386 and a 33MHz 486.  Both were
just about the same speed in delays, but the 486 had 3-4 second sound
bursts.)
