www.digits.com has not been accepting new users for a year at least now.
Check out http://www.aaddzz.com/ , free counter and tracker without any
manditory links or advertisements. They also have ad-space selling
services, but you do not need to participate in them to receive a tracker
or a counter. The reports the system generates are VERY nice, btw. You
can look at my counter and my stats on my homepage,
