Sorry, but you need the LEDs positioned far above the screen to light 
it. you might as well use a mini flashlight then. You cant have even 
super brights closer than an inch from the front of the screen to light 
it completely. Also, the LEDs glare VERY BADLY when above the screen. My 
system uses them behind the screen and uses a difractor to spread it 
out. I havn't tried it yet, but it may be possible to build the 
diffractor from plexi-glass, almost halving the price to $20 or $30! 
THAT IS A BACKLIGHT!!!
