TI-H: lighting..

Green is the best color to use (besides maybe white) Green is what the army
uses in all of there night vision/ heat vision stuff.  They use green
because they did extensive testing and found green to work best. 
of course those are different types of displays but green should still work
very well... also that's why astronomers use red light because it does not
affect the eye that much.
