There is only one version. For the $50, they send you a link which is made
to fit in a 25 pin serial port, an adaptor for a 9 pin serial port, an
adaptor for a DIN-8 mac serial port, and 3 versions of the software. The
mac adaptor is exactly like the one you get when you buy a modem, but it's
shorter.
