GMT is Greenwich, (sp?) England Local time, in the 24-hour (military)
format. So when it's midnight in London (close to greenich) it's
00:00.00 GMT. England is 6 hours off of CST. (I think).
P.S. I think the military refers to GMT as "Zulu" (as in "16:00 Zulu")
