No kidding... But if you build an IR link, you need two wahelengths, seeing
as how there are two data transfer channels for the calc.  If you set one
for 900nm, and one for 950nm, then there is a slight possibility of
interference with each other.  Since light, sound and radiowaves are all
electormagnetic radiation, in theory, they could interfere with each other.
(Just theory though)
