The way I understand it, writing to flash is very power consuming,
so the 83+ could theoretically still receive them, but that would be
pointless as it isn't capable of writing the received data to flash.

ps. "The ability to *transmit* Flash Apps"??? I never tried sending
Apps with low batteries. Gotta try that someday.
