[TIB] TI-89 tokenized program size

I was just curious if someone who is familiar with how AMS works at a low
level could answer this question: Why do BASIC programs on the TI-89 tend to
get *bigger* after they're tokenized, instead of smaller like on the Z80
calculators? It's as if it uses 10-byte-long tokens for everything or
something. :-) Also, programs I make just seem to get really big really fast
on this calculator, compared to the others. I'm not running out of memory or
anything, but I was just wondering.

Thanks,
Travis
