Sure you can.  All you do is call a program first.

main program:

:prgmFIRST
...

FIRST program:

:RETURN

When you want to 'patch' your program, all you do is overwrite the program
FIRST and you have your added results.  Like I said before, there isn't too
much you can do with this meathod, and overwriting the entire original
file(s) doesn't take long.
