You must not know.  The 89 and the 92+ essentially have the exact same
operating system on each calc.  Practically the only difference between the
89 and the 92+ are it's form (vertical vs horizontal), keys and screen size.
The 92 is similar to the 89/92+, but with much less memory than even the 86.

What are your reasons for suggesting a 92 over an 89 or even an 86!?
