Re: TIB: raycasting engine

Well, it may not be raycasting exactly, but a first person style engine done
by my friend and I is at TiCalc.Org. It's in the 85 BASIC ->Games area and
it's called Maze3D.zip. It can be run on an 86 as well.

If you would like the source, just email us at tibasic@wride.com.

I'm not sure which calc you want this for though. I'm sure it is portable.
It just needs to be able to draw lines and read from matricies, as well as
some other things. I think that the 83, 89, 92(+) are the calcs that it can
be ported to. When you get the source, it comes with a TODO list, as well
as support via email virtually for life (or when you get sick of it.).

Hope it helps. A raycasting engine would be WAAYYY to slow in BASIC. this
prog is slow unless you have a turboed calc, but it isn't as slow as a
raycasting engine would be.
