If the user has something in the input box and presses clear once, the "input
box" will be cleared.  If it is pressed a second time, or there was nothing in
the input box the first time, the screen is cleared and only the input prompt
remains.  TI-BASIC is pretty smart about these things (partially because it is
so limited.)
