RASMUS:
Relational Algebraic System for the Manipulation of User-defined
Structures. (Or something close to that).

RASMUS is a programming language that allows you to work with said
structures, also referred to as databases.

RASMUS was the introduction to programming that we got here at DAIMI.

Conclusion: Making databases is programming.
