Re: Which to go for...89 or 92+?

Well I must say I am a brand new 89 owner and am quite happy with it so
far. Now mind you I've only had it since Monday and yes I mean as in ladt
Monday. I used to own a TI 83+ which was definately a garbage collect
when I feel like it type of calc especially when I had all of my Trig and
Chemestry programs on there and I decided to play tetris to calm my
nerves. Well unfotuanately it is in a loop where ot os asking for
software but won't accept any ... anyway back to the subject what type of
degree are you going for. getting a 92+ will only increase the screen
size and a geometry stuff from what I gather for me a 92 is $200 english
money sorry I'm too lazy to figure out the conversion factor for pounds
and the 89 was only $150. Now for me I got the 89 for 2 reasons. 1) I'm
in high school and the 92+ is not allowed on anything besides homework and
2) I have very little mones so every penny counts. Me I really find not
much difference besides money at all cause anything the 92 has that you
need yyou can write a function to do it. For example I've already written
functions for sec, csc, cot, and log to the base n for my calc class. And
after about an hour of reading I know more that I need to to use the
thing. I would say go 89 if your tight on money but otherwise 92+ away!!
