It's not really all that complicated.  Download the AMS 2.03 file from TI's
webpage, and download the Graph Link program (even if you have it already -
you're going to need the new version).  Install Graph Link, connect your
calculator.  One of the menus has the command for sending the AMS, find that
and you're all set.  One thing, make sure you've got fresh batteries in the
calculator, you don't want them running out while the AMS is loading.  You
might also want to download the French language localization file.
