Have you 'Installed' the fonts or did you just 'drag & drop' them into the font folder?
If not, go:
Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Fonts --> File --> Install New Font
{Navigate to the folder with the .TTF in it, select the font you wish to install and press }
[OK]
