notice he said 'the BEST in TI Programs'.  which i think it is.
ticalc.org, and ti-files are indeed in competitiion as best TI website, as
they both have their strengths and weaknesses.  what i can't stand about
ti-files, is the weekly domain changes, or the server doesn't even
respond, half the time.
