I HAVE a TI-83 and need to extract its Rom Image

I use "romdump.exe" and "rom83.83p" and "ti-graphlink" , but , when running
"rom83.83p" ( after starting "romdump.exe" on my computer ) i obtain a
"syntax error" .

If there somebody having do this with succes. Please, tell me how to do !
