Re: Programming Challenge

Bias? Bias?
I created a site a month ago called the TI Archive
(http://tiarchive.ml.org/tiarchive) which listed all the TI-85 programs ever
developed on the TI-85 with screen shots. After much advertising, it was not
a success, because I only got less than 600 hits with half of it coming from
me visiting the site to update the site on a regular basis. Now it is
discontinued to the lack of support from TI-85 users. Plus I had 5 guys to
help me on it! I have decided to create the site dedicated just to Hp48 game
programming which is NOT an archive of all the Hp48 programs. So far I have
gotten about 900 hits. I didn't have the time to update it, so about 25 hits
came from myself. Also I have added a tracker to both sites just to see what
parts of the world everyone is coming from and most TI users come from N.
America and little from Europe. Hardly any else where as compared to the
Hp48 where many are from N. America, half from Europe, and about a sixth
from elsewhere. It's kind of sad though.

I wouldn't consider myself bias, because I own 2 TI-85's, 1 TI-92, and 2
Hp48gx with a 128k ram card. From my experience with these calculators. Hp48
has shown the most useful, but a tad bit slow on the graphing. But hey, it
is much older than the TI-92 and 89s, it should be slower. But of course,
your opinion is yours, and mines is mine.

Jonathan Chum
