want to keep using TI-Graph Link for TI-92 Plus prior to installing the
upgrade."

I have downloaded and installed this on my 92+.  The process is very easy.
Once the software was downloaded from the TI site, about 30 minutes were
required to complete the installation from the PC to the 92+ unit.

The same process for the TI-73 is also very easy.
