TI said that to cover their butt just in case the SAT board does change
the rules.  There is no indication that the rules will change because of
the 89.  After all, the HP48 has comparable power to the 92 yet is allowed.
Let's just say that by current theory the 89 will be allowed, and if that
changes, we will all find out together.
