the old TI-FILES web site was okay, it wasn't really fast, and sometimes
terrible at sending web pages back to me... but now, the URL to
TI-PHILES is literally impossible for me to get into. I have 28.8, and
it ALWAYS gives me that "TOO MANY USERS" message. I've reloaded
numerous... No other web server out there that supports uploadable
files? (I'm quite sure you can't upload .exe, .zip files on geocities,
haven't tried yet).
