Wow, you won't be surprised how many times I've seen this problem (it
affected me even, and god did I try). I can think of a few possible
options.

And read some messages by Ray Kremer, he supposedly knows what he's
talking about, though he didn't fix my problem (nor could I or a TI
technician), it still pointed me in some good directions, give it a
looksie.
