ASM on the 83/86

Why doesn't TI create a advanced users guide to the TI-83 and 86. (like
the advanced users guide HP makes for the HP48 calcs) I think this would
be a good way for TI to make a instruction book to teach the beginnings of
asm programming. This could also have the info TI says it will make
available about the hardware. I think this is needed because the
instruction booklet doesn't have any asm instructions and all the web sites
I've seen are for the TI-85. I think this would help increase the amount
of asm programming done for these to calcs.

Does anyone know the best way to learn asm for the TI-86? (that's the calc
I have)
