Almost all ZShell programs save their data in the string file itself.

first off, zshell is awesome.  i wish i would have had it earlier.  if
you do anything at all with your calc, buy the damn cable (dont bother
trying to build it), and get zshell.

but here's my question--certain zshell apps.. like, say, an address book
app, take user data and store it somewhere.  my question is.. where?  i
seriously intend to use this as an address book, as long as i can back it
up.  what should i be backing up to save the data?  or does it vary from
program to program?  of course i could peck around for the actual data id
be looking for, but i was wondering if there were some hard and fast
rules wrt this..
