of course it has fractions. To enter one, type:
(example: 1/2.)
1 (hit divide) 2 [Enter].
If that wasn't obvious, take a Pre-algebra course.
So i assume you mean from 0.5 to 1/2.
do not complain, but pick up the manual and search around. To save
you the trouble...
[2nd] [math] F5:Misc <more> F1:>Frac
if you use it often, use CATALOG to put it in the custom menu.
so, type in .5, and do all that, and hit enter. you get:
1/2.
