1) Fargo, assembly for the 92 is being released tomorrow (9/28), so
basically yes.
2) Umm... well, basic? You can convert 85 basic to 92 basic.. but you
might have to mess with it, and with SEND92 for zshell you can store 85
vars on the 92.
3)All the cables are the same..
