TI-83 Programming

I am trying to create a program for my 83 and was wondering if anyone
knows how to or if even possible to do any of the things listed below.


1) Load and run a program automatically when the calculator is turned
on.


2) Setup a program so that pressing <ON> in the middle will not stop it.


3) Have a program shut the calculator off.


I have my doubts to whether any of these are possible, but figured
asking others couldn't hurt.


I would appreciate answers in the form of E-mail, since I'm having
trouble with my newsreader.
