Solving with trig functions

Whenever I type something like solve(sin(x)=1/2,x), I get a wierd answer
like x=30*(12*@n54+5) or x=30*(12*@n54+1). What does this mean? I've
looked all over the manual, but I couldn't find anything. What is this
@n54? How is it used, and what do I do with it?
