i have a 48GX and frankly find it more accessible and usable than the
TI-83 my wife got from the math department at IU.  not to mention far
more powerful.  besides, it's the only calculator i've ever seen that
can do TCP/IP.

by the way, the 48GX has three "shift" keys, one of which, when
shifted, acts much like a fourth shift key. :)
