Let's see... putting a non-video data stream into a video stream
to send that data.  Anyone besides me think of Closed Captioning?
Now Closed Captioning is sent on the "non-visible" parts of the
stream.  But if you have a TV/Monitor with Vertical Hold you can
"see" the data stream (also the syncing information).  If we can
write to some part of the screen that can't be seen or do it fast
enough so we can't see it, we could still use the screen and send
data across the line.  The biggest issue is getting the device on
the other end to sync properly and fast enough.

TI-Hardware... go get 'em.
