It would be an interesting project, but of dubious utility.  As a matter of
fact, a C compiler has been made, but the size of the programs it generates
and the speed of these programs make it impractical given the memory and
processor constraints.
I don't believe that a ti-basic to fargo compiler could/would be any
better.  It would be more limited then either ti-basic or straight assembly.
