I've released a new version of Fargo. It is *not* Fargo II; rather, it is a
direct successor to Fargo 0.1.13.

The most significant changes in Fargo 0.1.14 are:

* Compatibility with 256K-upgraded ROM 1.x TI-92's. Keep in mind that the
programs you run on a 256K-upgraded TI-92 also have to also be compatible!
* A version of ML92B (putfargo) that can patch backups in either of the two
methods: one yielding an oversized backup, and one yielding a backup with
no size increase whatsoever.

Pretty much all the changes are documented in the "Revision History"
section of the new FARGO.TXT.

Hopefully this will clear up all the problems with different patches of
Fargo 0.1.13 floating around...
