Don't know if that's what you mean by a 3D RPG, but one of the best games
ever created is (imho) 'Dungeon Master'. For those of you that haven't
heard of it, it was released 1985 for the 'Atari ST' (and later amiga and
pc), and featured real time, first person, monster bashing in a 3d dungeon
with stepwize motion of the player and monsters.

The 'feeling' of the game was (and is) amazing, and the graphic was (for
it's time) stunning. I've actually considered a remake of it for the ti89
(I have some ideas how to do it) but I've realized I haven't got the time.
