what exactly is TI-GCC IDE, you didnt link to an about file, from what i've
gathered TI-GCC is a C -> ASM program, but whats does the IDE stand for?

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to tell everyone who is interested that the TI-GCC IDE v2.1 is
now finished, and, after a few more tests and the Readme file update, will
be uploaded this evening.  It has a lot more features, a few bugfixes, and
is just really cool.  It even has an installer for TI-GCC itself. :-)

For all you reviewers:  This is definitely worth talking about.  You'll see.
