When assembling with DoorsOS a68k.exe is called from a68k.bat, so technically it
is called from a DOS shell.
Although I have noticed that some old DOS programs really don't like being run
under Windows. Either that or they don't like my Celeron, because they exit with
that fun register dump screen...
