Like I said in one of my messages, we never get anywhere near our total amount of bandwidth.  I mean not even remotely close.  What it does guarantee though, is that not one computer will get starved.  We have a freakin’ expensive switch that takes care of that.  So I could use the computers 100mbit Ethernet card fully and none of the other servers would be affected.

and for that matter it'd take a nice juicy set of comps with scsi hd's to take advantage of the line speed. I mean to hear some lamer say he's piped into an OC192 is humorous to say the least.
