The processor. A Motorola 68000 together with hardware for ports and stuff.
The same chip as in a ti89Hw1 (so if you want more info about it, check the
hw-info about ti89 on my site http://alh.dhs.org/)

SRAM chips. The RAM memory.

T6A39 and T6A40 is not in the ti89. found info about it on www.toshiba.com
They had pdf:s and everything. I recommend you download it from there if you
want to know more.
