The point of the algorithm is not that it is any quicker... it is that
it is a explicit formula for pi. It was thought impossible... now they
don't. Btw, digits in HEX constitute multiple digits in base 10, so to
find the 10^100th digit is really impossible to predict which hex digit
contains that base 10 digit.
