I will contact TI so that they won't get a letter that sounds like a whiny little kid.  And I didn't 
say he was 10, just that he was acting like my 10 year old brother (there's a big difference 
there), and I said "bitching" which I consider crass language.
I do agree with you on the HW1 issue.  I love my calc and I wouldn't trade it for a HW2 
version.
