thoose summations does NOT give you the exact value of pi. they are only
approximations.
there are quite a few formuals to give you an more or less good approximation of
pi.
the simplest one i know is 22/7
there is no formula that can give an exact pi, because of the nature of pi.
you can make an algoritm to calcualte a more and more exact value of pie, but
you can _never_ print down the whole exact pi.
but then again..  you only need about (i dont remember the exact number) a
100-150 decimals of pi (maybe it was even less) to calculate the circumference
(is that the right word?) of the known universe with an exactment of the
diameter of a proton..
(theoreticly ofcourse..)
