I think what the problem is is that your directories are not dos friendly. 
Try re-naming the directorys to use less than 8 characters and change the 
autoexec.bat to match the new names.  That should work (it worked for me, 
anyway).  Or, you could open a dos window and type in

"set doorsos=(drive):\(directory)\doorsos"
then press enter, type in
"set path=%path%;%doorsos%\bin" (if you're using doors)

or if you're using plusshell

call (drive):\(directory)\setps (drive):\(directory)
(anyone know for sure about that?)

that should work.  I had the same problem about 3 days ago when I started 
programming for my ti-89
