Why copy it to RAM?  Access it directly from the archive.  It's a movie, so
you don't change any data in the file.

What I was thinking was more of decompress a few frames to memory and keep
doing that while switching the display, so you won't copy the data, you'll
move the screen. =)

Isn't that faster than copying the data to a stationary screen?  I dunno,
I'm not an asm god like Olle or Zoltan... hehe =)
